We combine the rigour of a chartered planning practice with hands-on experience of how schemes are actually delivered. That means advice grounded in the realities of the system: what authorities and An Coimisiún Pleanála will look for, where proposals succeed or fail, and how to give a scheme its best prospect of a grant.

Adam is the principal of the practice and the person who reads every file. He is a Chartered Town Planner through the Royal Town Planning Institute and a corporate member of the Irish Planning Institute, with more than twenty years in the planning system across private consultancy, property development and public-sector assessment, including engagement as a planning inspector for An Coimisiún Pleanála.
That last role matters more than it sounds. An inspector's job is to read a file cold, weigh the policy, the site and every submission, and write a recommendation that survives scrutiny. It is the same discipline this practice applies to a client's scheme before it is lodged, and to a neighbour's objection before it is written.
He has also carried schemes through as a developer, which is why the advice here dwells on viability, phasing and what a site will actually carry rather than on what a policy might theoretically permit. Earlier work in the UK included serviced-site and self-build schemes, an experience that still informs how the practice reads low-density and rural proposals.
